A collectible is only as safe as the case it lives in. Our custom acrylic collectible display case is a made-to-measure enclosure designed around a specific piece — a resin statue, a graded trading card, a 1/6 scale figure, a signed helmet, or a limited-edition sneaker — so the object is completely visible, fully protected, and never handled. Because every panel, door, base, and shelf is cut to the dimensions of the item, there is no wasted air space, no rattling, and no compromise on how the piece is presented.

Every display case is built from virgin PMMA sheet with up to 92% light transmission, so paintwork, colour depth and surface detail read correctly from every angle. Edges are flame- or diamond-polished rather than left machined, removing the milky haze that makes budget cases look like plastic. Panels are inspected for distortion before assembly — critical on large cases, where one wavy panel spoils the view of a centrepiece.
Printed display boxes, autographs, fabric capes, and painted resin are all vulnerable to ultraviolet light. We offer a UV-filtering acrylic grade that screens the wavelengths responsible for most colour fade while remaining visually clear, and we specify it as standard for pieces displayed near windows or under continuous lighting. For museum or archival clients, material test data can be supplied with the quotation.
Collectibles degrade quietly: dust settles into seams, joints discolour, linings shed fibres onto the piece. Our cases are solvent-bonded along every seam and fitted with gasketed doors or magnetic closures so the interior stays sealed in a retail or home environment. Bases can be lined with acid-free felt or EVA, and all internal surfaces are cleaned and inspected before the case is closed and packed.
Acrylic display cases are opened far more often than buyers expect. We build hinged front doors with stainless stays, sliding rear panels, lift-off lids, and magnetic front panels — matched to how the piece will be serviced. For retail, add brass or stainless cam locks and tamper-evident screws; for home display, soft-close hinges and finger pulls keep the finish unmarked.
Statues over 60 cm, multi-figure dioramas, and full-size helmets need more than a thicker sheet. We engineer internal corner reinforcement, load-bearing plinths, and hidden base frames so 5–10 mm panels stay flat and doors keep their alignment over years of use. Weight capacity and handling notes are confirmed at the drawing stage, before tooling.
A mirrored back, or base, lifts a dark figure off the shelf; LED strips in the lid or plinth light it without glare; tiered risers and turntables turn a static shelf into a display. Laser-engraved nameplates, edition numbers, and printed backdrops complete the look — all produced in-house, so the case arrives as one finished unit.
Send a photo with a ruler in frame, a dimensioned sketch, or a STEP/IGES file. Our designers return a dimensioned 3D rendering, usually within 24–48 hours, showing internal clearance, door swing, base thickness, and cable routing for lighting. Manufacturability issues — panel size limits, visible glue lines, load points — are flagged before anything is cut, so revisions cost you nothing.
Rectangular, cube, hexagonal, arch-top, wall-mounted, tiered, or fully bespoke: we cut on CNC routers and laser beds to roughly ±0.5 mm and assemble on jigs that keep diagonals square. Internal dimensions are taken from the actual object, including its plinth and accessories, instead of from a nominal “fits most” size.
Laser engraving for permanent, scratch-resistant marks; UV printing for full-colour logos, gradients and artwork; silk-screen for high-volume single-colour runs; brushed metal nameplates for premium and museum work. Limited-edition numbering, QR codes and care instructions can be applied to the base or rear panel.
LED strips in warm, neutral, or cool white, powered by USB, battery pack, or adapter, with optional dimmer or motion sensor. Lighting channels and cable exits are machined during production so nothing is drilled after polishing — which is what keeps the finish clean and the wiring invisible. Hinges, magnets, locks, and turntable motors are fitted and function-tested in-house.
Each case is wrapped in PE film, cushioned with pearl cotton and foam, and packed in a 5-layer corrugated carton sized to the product, with printed cartons, barcodes, and inner labels where you need them. We can hold stock, split shipments across destinations, and kit cases with risers or lighting accessories before they ship.
Collectible figures and resin statues — 1/6 and 1/4 scale figures, anime and game statues, garage kits. Mirrored back, top LED, and a base sized to the figure’s own plinth.
Graded trading cards and slabs — PSA, BGS, and CGC slab cases, multi-slab wall frames and countertop units, with UV-filtering panels to protect autographed cards.
Sneakers and streetwear — magnetic or drop-front cases, stackable formats and LED base lighting for launch displays and resale presentation.
Diecast, model kits and LEGO — tiered cases with removable shelves and dust-sealed lids, sized to finished model dimensions rather than box size.
Museums, galleries and auction houses — lockable vitrines, archival lining options, custom plinths and documented material specifications for acquisition files.
Retail, conventions and brand drops — countertop and floor-standing cases with locks and branded engraving, plus knock-down packing that survives repeated event shipping.
Jayi Acrylic since 2004, 20+ years in acrylic. We are a custom acrylic display case manufacturer in Huizhou, Guangdong — not a trading company — which means the people quoting your case are the people who will build it.
Design in-house. 3D drawings and revisions are included with every quotation. You approve the geometry before a sheet is cut, so there are no surprises at sampling.
Full-process production under one roof. CNC cutting, laser engraving, polishing, bonding, LED assembly, and final inspection are handled in our own facility, which keeps quality consistent and lead times predictable.
Quality control you can audit. Incoming sheet inspection, in-process checks at cutting, bonding, and polishing, and a final inspection with photos and a report before shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome.
Export experience across 100+ countries. We are used to carton marking, palletising, FOB and CIF terms, and marketplace-ready packaging requirements.
Honest minimums and timelines. MOQ from 100 pcs, samples in 3–7 working days, bulk production in 15–30 working days after approval — quoted as a schedule, not an estimate.
Yes. Send the item’s dimensions or a photo with a reference object for scale. We model the case around that exact piece, including its base and any accessories, and confirm the drawing before production. Samples can be produced for single designs; production pricing starts at 100 pcs per design.
As a working guide: 2–3 mm for cases under about 300 mm tall, 4–5 mm for 300–600 mm, and 8–10 mm or a reinforced frame for cases above 600 mm or for heavy statues. We confirm the specification against the actual load and span at the drawing stage rather than applying one thickness to every design.
Our acrylic display ases use virgin PMMA with UV stabilisers, which resist yellowing under normal indoor lighting for years — unlike recycled or extruded budget sheets. Acrylic is more scratch-resistant than most plastics but not scratch-proof; light surface marks can be removed with standard acrylic polish, and we supply care instructions with every order.
The material is inert, and no adhesive touches the collectible. For signed pieces, printed boxes, and textiles, specify the UV-filtering grade and an acid-free lining; we will recommend the combination based on how the item will be displayed and lit.
Yes — all three are standard options. Cam locks or key locks; LED strips in the lid or plinth with USB, battery, or plug-in power; and your logo applied by laser engraving, UV printing, or a metal nameplate. Hardware and lighting are fitted and function-tested before packing.
